1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the Cevest website at this address, including the waitlist form and any pages linked from it. They do not apply to the Cevest application, which is not yet available. When it launches, separate Platform Terms will govern the software, and a separate Investment Advisory Agreement with Cevora Advisers LLC will govern any personalised advice or investment management. You will be asked to review and agree to those documents before using those services. Nothing in these Terms amends those future agreements or reduces any duty owed to you under securities, privacy or consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use this website or join the waitlist. Join only with your own email address, or one you are authorised to use, and keep the information you give us accurate. We may decline or remove a waitlist entry that appears to be duplicated, automated or fraudulent.

3. The waitlist

When you join the waitlist, you ask us to contact you when Cevest becomes available. We will use your email address to send that notice and, where needed, essential messages about the waitlist itself. We will not send you other marketing unless you separately opt in.

The waitlist is not a reservation, a contract for services or a promise of access, priority or any launch date. Availability will be limited to jurisdictions where our services can lawfully be offered, starting with the United States, and we may limit or close the waitlist at any time. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@cevest.ai.

4. Permitted use and intellectual property

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use this website for its intended purpose. We and our licensors keep all rights in the software, designs, text, trademarks and other content on the site. Information you submit remains yours; you grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to operate the waitlist, protect the website and comply with law, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not circumvent security or access controls, introduce malicious code, overload or interfere with the website, scrape it at scale, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or stolen information or infringe anyone's rights. Reverse engineering is prohibited except to the extent applicable law permits it despite this restriction. If you find a security vulnerability, please report it in good faith to hello@cevest.ai; testing must not access another person's information or disrupt the service.

5. Information on this website

The content on this website describes a product in development and is provided for general information only. It is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and it is not an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any security. Every screen, Portfolio, decision log entry, ticker, dollar amount and percentage shown is an illustrative demonstration, not an actual or hypothetical result. Features described may change, be delayed or not launch. Do not make investment decisions based on this website. See our Disclosures for more.

6. Third-party services

The waitlist is operated with the help of a third-party email delivery provider, and this website may link to other websites. Those providers and sites have their own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. A link is not an endorsement of the linked content.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have. Using the website does not waive any privacy right, and it is not consent to marketing, tracking or any financial service.

8. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue this website at any time for security, legal, operational or business reasons. We may also change these Terms. For material changes that apply going forward, we will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date at least 30 days before they take effect, except where a shorter period is needed for legal or security reasons. No change will retroactively alter a right or claim that has already accrued.

9. Warranties and liability

We will operate this website with reasonable care and in compliance with applicable law. Subject to that, the website is provided as is and as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access or the accuracy of third-party content, and we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for remote or unforeseeable consequential damages arising from this website, and our total liability for claims arising from it is limited to the greater of US$1,000 or the amounts you paid us for the website in the preceding 12 months. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of confidentiality or data-security duties, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These Terms do not require you to indemnify us for our own wrongdoing.

10. Disputes and general terms

If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@cevest.ai so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is not a precondition to any legal or regulatory complaint and does not shorten any limitation period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its choice-of-law rules, subject to applicable federal law and the mandatory consumer protections of the state where you live. Either party may bring a claim in any court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, an exclusive venue, a jury-trial waiver or a class-action waiver.

If any provision is unenforceable, it is severed only to the extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in a lawful reorganisation or sale of the business with notice to you and continued protection of your rights. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about this website.
