Who is responsible
Cevest AI Inc., a Delaware corporation, operates this website and is responsible for the information it collects. Its subsidiary, Cevora Advisers LLC, intends to provide investment advisory services after completing the required registration. Cevora Advisers LLC does not collect information through this website today. Before any advisory service becomes available, you will receive a separate privacy notice, including the financial privacy notice required by federal law, before any financial information is collected.

We collect only what is reasonably necessary for these purposes. This website does not ask for your name, postal address, date of birth, financial information, brokerage credentials, government identifiers, precise location, biometrics or payment details. Please do not send sensitive information by email.
Third-party services
This website's fonts, icons and images are served from our own hosting provider; no third-party content network receives your browsing information when the page loads. When you join the waitlist, your email address is sent to our email delivery provider so we can store the list and send the launch notice. That provider processes it only on our instructions.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, or record your session. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control or similar opt-out signal from your browser does not change how this website works. If we later add optional analytics, we will update this notice and give you a choice before enabling them. We will not use advertising cookies.
How we use and share information
We use the information described above to run the waitlist, notify you about availability, respond to you, keep the website secure, maintain records and comply with law. We do not use your information to train general-purpose artificial intelligence models, and we do not permit our providers to do so.
We share information only with contracted providers that host the website, deliver email and support our operations, and only to the extent needed for their functions under restrictions appropriate to their role. We may share waitlist information with our affiliate Cevora Advisers LLC for the purpose of the launch notice. We may disclose information when legally required, to regulators, to investigate unlawful activity, to protect legal rights or in response to lawful process. In a reorganisation or sale of the business, information may be disclosed to professional advisers and successors, subject to confidentiality and this notice.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist information until we have sent the launch notice for your country, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever is earlier, and then delete or de-identify it unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and then deleted. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations.
Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold, including restricted access and protected transmission. No system is immune to attack or error. If you suspect a security problem, contact hello@cevest.ai promptly and never include a password in your message.
Your choices and rights
You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@cevest.ai. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to confirm whether we process your information, to access or receive a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of sale, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling. We do not engage in those last three practices. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.
To make a request, email hello@cevest.ai with the subject line "Privacy request". We verify requests proportionately, usually by confirming control of the email address on the waitlist, and we do not ask for information we do not need. An authorised agent may submit a request with proof of authority. If we deny a request, we will explain why and how to appeal by replying to our decision; where required, we will also tell you how to complain to your state attorney general or regulator. We respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
For California residents: the table above lists the categories of personal information we collect, their sources, our purposes and the categories of recipients. We have not sold or shared personal information, including information about people under 16, in the preceding 12 months, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this website.
Children
This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has joined the waitlist, contact us and we will remove the entry.
Where information is processed
This website is offered to people in the United States and other countries. Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our personnel and providers operate, subject to contractual safeguards and applicable law. Processing outside the United States does not waive any U.S. privacy right you have.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when our practices materially change and will post the new version here with a new effective date. Where the law requires, we will provide additional notice or obtain your consent.
