Who we are

Cevest is the brand used for an investing platform being developed by Cevest AI Inc., a Delaware corporation. Cevest AI Inc. builds and operates the software. It does not act, and will not act, as your investment adviser, broker-dealer, bank or custodian.

Cevora Advisers LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cevest AI Inc., intends to provide investment advisory services, including personalised Portfolio recommendations and automated management, after completing the required registration and launch approvals. Cevora Advisers LLC is not currently registered as an investment adviser with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or any state securities authority, and it does not currently provide investment advice to anyone.

When registration is complete, we will update this page with the registration details. Registration does not imply a particular level of skill or training, and it is not an approval or endorsement of our services by any government agency.

What this website is

This website previews a product that has not launched. It describes what we intend to build and lets you join a waitlist so we can tell you when Cevest is available. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell any security, a recommendation to invest in anything, or personalised investment advice.

The features described here, including Portfolios, rulebooks, veto windows, Hard limits, Pause, Watch only and Erys, describe intended functionality. They may change, be delayed or not launch, including as a result of regulatory review. Availability will be limited to jurisdictions where the services can lawfully be offered, starting with the United States.

Illustrations are demonstrations

Every screen, Portfolio, decision log entry, ticker, dollar amount, percentage and date shown on this website is an illustrative demonstration. They are sample data created to show how the product is meant to work. They are not actual client accounts, not the results of any strategy, not hypothetical or back-tested performance, and not a forecast of what any Portfolio will do.

Portfolio names such as Balanced Growth, Conservative Core and Global Equity Core are illustrative. No Portfolio currently exists as an advisory product, and none has a performance record.

Brokerage and custody

Cevest does not currently have an agreement with any broker-dealer, custodian or account-linking provider, and no brokerage account can be opened, connected or funded through Cevest.

Our intended model is that your securities and cash would be held in an account in your own name at an independent third-party broker or custodian, and that neither Cevest AI Inc. nor Cevora Advisers LLC would ever hold your funds or securities. If and when such an arrangement exists, we will name the provider, and that provider's own agreement, charges, eligibility rules and responsibilities will apply. References on this site to "your brokerage" describe that intended model, not an existing relationship.

Neither Cevest AI Inc. nor Cevora Advisers LLC is a member of FINRA or SIPC.

Investment risk

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of the money you invest. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Automation, artificial intelligence, diversification and risk settings can help implement a strategy consistently, but they cannot guarantee gains or prevent losses.

Any SIPC protection that might apply in future would depend on the relevant broker's membership and on the assets and circumstances involved; SIPC does not insure investment performance or protect against market loss.

Waitlist and communications

When you join the waitlist, we will use your email address to tell you when Cevest is available in your country. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee access, priority or any particular launch date. We will not provide personalised investment advice by email or through this website before the required registration is in place.
